What had happened was that there had already been incidents over the season and the fans to their teams feel that their teams are the better one and thinks that if the chant racist slurs it will make their team win. I will say that the first qualification that a systems analyst should have is at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, however this may vary from organization to organization.
